Meet Siena

Owner, Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist
M.S. CCC-SLP, TSSLD

Speaking With Siena was founded by Siena Cardamone-Viviano in 2018. With over eleven years of experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist and feeding therapist, Siena has worked in private practice, school-based, and home settings, supporting children and families throughout early development.

Siena provides services for children from birth through eighteen years old, with a specialty focus on early childhood ages birth through five. She values a collaborative, family-centered approach and works closely with caregivers and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Based in Lynbrook, Siena lives with her husband, young daughter, and their beloved dog. She is passionate about helping children develop the communication and feeding skills needed to build confidence and meaningful connections in everyday life.

Outside of therapy, Siena enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. When families work with Siena, they gain more than a therapist — they gain a compassionate partner and dedicated advocate for their child’s growth and success.
