Siena Cardamone-Viviano is the owner and founder of Speaking With Siena, established in 2018. With over eleven years of experience as a pediatric speech-language pathologist and feeding therapist, Siena has worked across private practice, school-based, and home settings, supporting children and families through every stage of early development.

My Story

Siena's love for helping children started at the early age of fourteen when she worked at a preschool in her home town. She then built her own babysitting business throughout her teen years. Once Siena graduated from her speech therapy masters program in 2014, she joined an agency providing services for children in Early Intervention ranging from birth to three years old. This is where Siena's passion grew for treating toddler and preschool aged children. Siena finds it an honor and incredibly special to work with families at the start of their speech, language and feeding journey.

Siena provides services for those ages birth through eighteen and specializes treating children age birth through five. Siena encourages a collaborative effort, working closely with the family and therapy team. She creates a detailed treatment plan tailored to your child’s unique needs. Emphasis is placed on teaching carryover strategies to the family to use in their everyday routine. This ensures each child better communicates and connects with their peers and loved ones beyond the treatment session.

Areas of specialty include assessment and treatment in the following areas: neurodiverse individuals, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), language delay/disorder, articulation, feeding delay/disorders, picky/problem eaters, motor speech disorders and pragmatic/social skills.

Siena is certified through the American Speech and Hearing Association and state licensed in New York. She also holds the certificate of Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (T.S.S.L.D).
